This site adheres to web standards, which are technologies and coding standards carefully designed to deliver the greatest benefits to the greatest number of web users while ensuring the long-term viability of any documents published on the Web.
Source Code
The layout and code of this site was written using XHTML Transitional and CSS 2. Most of the code validates according to the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), except for third party code which we have no control or governance over. Our goal is to be fully compatible with these standards.
Javascript is used for things like form validation, although it is not required to have Javascript enabled to use this site.
This site is served with PHP, a widely used general-purpose scripting language that is especially suited for web development.
Accessibility
The navigation, content and functionality of this site is useable in text only browsers. Font sizes can be altered by the user. The site can be navigated via keyboard by the user using the tab key to jump to the next link.
The main navigation will display as plain text links when Javascript is turned off or CSS is not supported.
