During Houston wildfires, Gyrodata provides food for local firefighters
Houston - September 12, 2011
(Houston, Texas) As the Greater Houston Area was hit by wildfires threatening local neighborhoods, Gyrodata on Friday the 9th of September provided firefighters in the area with some great home made barbeque. A copious amount of barbeque was cooked up and delivered to those helping to combat and put out the fires and those protecting the areas affected from further threat.
Since early September, the fires have threathened neighborhoods in the Montgomery, Grimes and Waller counties to the north west of Houston. 19,000 acres and at least 60 homes have so far gone up in flames, with residents in the area being told to be extra careful in the days to come. All Gyrodata employees offer their heartfelt sympathies to those that have lost their homes and extend a huge 'Thank You!' to the men and women actively working to contain the fires.
